This Acceptable Use Policy explains what users may and may not do with Cleared2Close. It protects customers, contacts, borrowers, referral partners, signers, recipients, third-party providers, and the platform.
Lawful Business Use
You may use Cleared2Close only for lawful mortgage lending, referral partner management, marketing, and client-service purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law, company policies, lender or broker requirements, vendor agreements, platform rules, and professional duties.
Prohibited Conduct
- Do not send spam, unlawful bulk email, deceptive messages, phishing, malware, or communications that hide or misrepresent the sender.
- Do not use the service for harassment, threats, hate, discriminatory lending or housing practices, steering, protected-class targeting, or unfair or deceptive marketing.
- Do not upload or transmit viruses, malware, exploit code, credential dumps, or files intended to harm systems or people.
- Do not scrape, import, enrich, or use data without the rights, permission, or lawful basis required for that data.
- Do not upload, publish, share, or generate content that infringes intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, lender rules, investor rules, regulator rules, or vendor restrictions.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, billing limits, storage limits, feature limits, share-token controls, or security controls.
- Do not access, test, download, modify, or disclose data that does not belong to you, except through an authorized responsible-disclosure process.
- Do not resell, white-label, or provide Cleared2Close as a separate hosted service unless we expressly agree in writing.
Lending, Fair Lending, and Advertising
You may not use the service, automations, campaigns, AI outputs, audience lists, lead routing, borrower summaries, referral reporting, or reports in a way that violates fair-lending, fair-housing, anti-discrimination, lending, advertising, privacy, or professional rules.
Uploads and Public Content
You are responsible for documents, photos, videos, PDFs, loan file materials, signatures, logos, and other files you upload. Public reports, videos, booking pages, lead pages, and signature links must not expose confidential, unlawful, misleading, or restricted content.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable public links, suspend sending, throttle usage, restrict integrations, suspend accounts, or terminate access when needed to protect the service, customers, recipients, third parties, or legal compliance.
