Do I need ARIVE to use it?
No. ARIVE sync is a bonus. Contacts, the Today list, video email, partners, e-sign, and scheduling all work on their own.
Can it really replace BombBomb?
For one-to-one video email, yes: record camera, screen, or both from the contact, send it with a playable thumbnail, and get an alert when they watch. It sends from your own Gmail.
Can I bring my existing contacts?
Yes. Import past clients and partners from a spreadsheet and the Today list starts working right away.
Does the AI send emails without me?
Only campaigns you've turned on. One-off drafts wait for you to review and send.
Is borrower data secure?
Everything runs over HTTPS with optional two-factor login. Integration credentials are encrypted, borrower documents are encrypted and only served through access-checked links, and backups run on a schedule. Read our security practices.
